The eclectic and fantastic Pink Martini are geared to host an extra special 3 night run at Los Angeles’s Hollywood Bowl from September 11th-12th. Martini will be accompanied by the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, under the conduction of Thomas Wilkins, which will wonderfully enhance their heavily world-influenced pop sound with full instrumentation. If that wasn’t enough to sell you, dig this: for these three nights only, Pink Martini and the HBO will be be joined by very special guests Rufus Wainwright, Jane Powell, Ari Shapiro and the Original Cast of Sesame Street! And because modernity won’t allow you to simply enjoy a show without something exploding, to celebrate the end of the summer concert season at the Hollywood Bowl each show will culminate with a spectacular fireworks display!
